Please note: All Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
All payments to Jeffries Travel Adventures are non-refundable and non-transferable.
To decrease your monthly payment, you can put down a higher deposit amount.
Jeffries Travel Adventures have contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. Contractual agreements allow us to keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly zero-interest payments on your vacation.
Name changes are allowed for a fee of $250.00 per name change.

CANCELLATION POLICY ​

Travel insurance is strongly recommended in case you need to cancel for any reason. A policy must be purchased within 14 days of placing your deposit to ensure full coverage eligibility.

All travelers are required to either:
✔ Secure standard travel insurance, or
✔ Submit a signed waiver declining coverage
​
This must be completed within 14 days of your deposit—no exceptions.

To sail on Virgin Voyages, a passport is required. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your final sailing date. For this sailing, your passport should not expire on or before November 11, 2026.

When scheduling your flights, please note the cruise departs from Miami, Florida, on May 07, 2026, at 5:00 PM local time. You are required to be at the dock no later than 3:00 PM. It is strongly recommended to arrive in Miami one day before the cruise departs to avoid any travel delays.

The cruise concludes in Miami, Florida, on May 11, 2026, at 6:30 AM local time. Please allow up to an hour for the gangway to open for disembarkation. When booking return flights, schedule your departure for no earlier than late morning to allow sufficient time for disembarkation and travel to the airport.

You are required to secure your own transportation to and from the airport.

When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our auto-bill payment plan option. You can opt out of this program by emailing us at info@jeffries-travel.com after you make your reservations. Please review our auto-bill payment plan option.

We recommend starting to look for flights approximately 9 months before the event. Many travel sites allow you to set alerts to notify you when prices drop.

Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent electronically.

It is the guest’s responsibility to notify Jeffries Travel Adventures and Natasha Jeffries of any email address changes.

Trip Insurance Details
PLEASE NOTE:

It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becomes ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility.
Based on Jeffries Travel Adventures current cancellation policies, passengers may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.
If you decide not to take the insurance, you must sign a waiver that you declined. Cost of insurance varies depending on the level of insurance you want.
Policy must be brought within 14 days of deposit placed on trip. New York residents are not able to purchase 'cancel for any reason' insurance. Standard insurance must be taken or a letter waiving insurance must be emailed 14 days after deposit is received. No exceptions.
